Summer is finally peeking its head around the corner and it’s time to start showing off those fabulous sunglasses. Now there have been some pretty awful sunglass trends over the past few summers. Remember the J-Lo inspired barely tinted lenses? They don’t hide your eyes, they didn’t protect from UV rays – what was the point? Or the white framed sunglass trend that was all the rage amongst the Jersey Shore crowd two years ago. White frames are fine, but when your entire pack of friends are all wearing them it gets a little weird. Finally who can forget the blast-from-the-past “slat” sunglasses brought into style by Kanye last summer? Can you even see out of those things? If you don’t have the time to hit up the salon once a week, this little invention can really help you in a pinch. It’s the press-on pedicure, that’s right, acrylic toe-nails! I’ve also tried these and they actually looked good. I got a compliment on my French pedi and when I confessed it was a fake, no one could believe it (although it was quite uncomfortable having my toes examined so closely). A few issues; you are conscious that there is plastic on your toes, I don’t recommend wearing in water for a long period of time, and be very careful about accidentally pulling on them with sock or shoes (ouch).
