Shipping and Returns

Welcome! Please Read our Shipping and Return Policies Carefully
SHIPPING Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Orders recieved after 9 a.m. EST on weekdays are processed the following workday. For same day shipping, orders MUST be placed before 3 p.m. EST and appropriate UPS shipping method chosen at checkout Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on holidays. All shipping is non-refundable We can not merge shipping on orders. Orders placed at different times will be charged shipping for each process.
RETURNS Returns must be made within our standard 2-week period from shipping date. All returns and exchanges must be Pre-Authorized. An REA Number must be clearly marked on outside of carton and package must be received by Purseket within 2 weeks of original ship date. Roll Only - Do Not Fold. Please insure your returned package as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Damaged returns will be refused. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. Additional shipping charges apply for exchanged items.
